Add Messaging to Google My Business

In this article, you will learn how to add Messaging to your Google My Business listing.

Note: Google discontinued the SMS texting feature and no longer integrates with your app.

What You Will Need

1. A Google My Business account (Validated)

Step 1

Sign in to your Google My Business account

Step 2

Click on Messaging on the left

Step 3

Follow the appropriate instructions

Click on Turn On Messaging

Step 5

Click on OK

Edit your welcome message if desired
