Softphone (How it works)

In this tutorial, we will show you three ways to use your SoftPhone. 

A SoftPhone is a telephone system that you can use within your app in order to make calls.

What you will need:

1. An active Twilio phone number
2. Active Microphone and Speaker on your computer

Method 1

From the green "phone" icon on the top right of your dashboard.

Note: If you do not have a Twilio number in your system, you will see this message. Otherwise, select your phone number you wish to make a call from.
